Calling for Water Damage Help

12/6/2021 (Permalink)

Who You Gonna Call?

In the midst of a water damage emergency, the service professionals here at SERVPRO® of Pike, Floyd, and Knott Counties are ready to help! When you contact us, we will begin by asking several questions about your emergency. These preliminary questions will help us determine what equipment, resources, and trained professionals are necessary.

What to Expect

Since our Job File Coordinator plays a key role in documentation and reporting, he/she will usually be the one asking these key questions:

  • First and last name
  • Contact information
  • Insurance information (if applicable)
  • Street address of water-damaged home/business
  • When the flooding/water damage occurred
  • Cause of the water damage (if known)
  • If electricity is available (on-site)

Getting as much information as we can prior to the job will allow us to start getting water out of your home sooner! Water damage is never fun, so let the professionals handle this one.
